House rules

Welcome! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests, please read and follow the house rules below. Booking confirms your agreement to these terms.

1. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: From 16:00

Check-out: By 11:00 (unless otherwise approved). Request extensions at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Guest Interaction

Self check-in is available via door code and instructions sent by email. We may occasionally greet guests in person. ID verification and proof of payment may be requested.

3. Guest Access

Guests have full access to the house, except areas labeled "Domi Employees Only."

4. Maximum Occupancy & Unregistered Guests

The maximum number of overnight guests is 12.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a €50/night per person fee.
Exceeding the occupancy limit will result in cancellation of your stay without refund.

5. Parties, Events & Noise

No parties, events, or large gatherings.
Keep music and noise at respectful levels, especially after 22:00.
Violations may result in a €750 fine and immediate eviction.

6. Pets

Pets are not allowed. Violation may result in a €250 cleaning fee.

7. Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Outdoor smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Indoor smoking results in a €750 cleaning fee.

8. Trash & Recycling

Please bag all trash and place it in the appropriate bins provided. Extra bags can be found under the kitchen sink. Sort recycling as required.

9. Property Inspections

Management reserves the right to inspect the property without prior notice. Serious rule violations may result in termination of your stay without refund.

10. Security Deposit

Depending on the platform and duration of stay, a security deposit may be required. Deductions may be made for damage, excessive cleaning, or rule violations.

11. Check-out Procedure

Lock all doors and windows.
Tidy the home and dispose of trash.
Wash dishes or load and run the dishwasher.
Collect all personal belongings.
Follow the checkout checklist provided.
 

12. Late Check-out

Unauthorized late check-out may result in a charge equal to one night’s rate.

13. Amenities

Phone: No landline available
Air Conditioning: Not available
TV: Smart TV provided. Use your own streaming accounts
Wi-Fi: Provided as a courtesy. No refunds for outages or slow speeds
 

14. Lost & Found

Left-behind items will be stored for up to 6 months. Shipping can be arranged at your expense.

15. Fireworks & Illegal Activity

Strictly prohibited. Any violations will result in immediate cancellation without refund and may be reported to authorities.

16. Cleaning & Maintenance

No daily maid service or mid-stay cleaning included.
Starter supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.) are provided.
Please report any damage or broken items promptly.
Missing or damaged items may be charged through your booking platform.
 

17. Parking

Use only the designated parking spaces. Do not block neighbors or park on grass or sidewalks.

18. Repairs & Appliance Issues

Report any malfunctions as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued for the failure of non-essential amenities.

19. Safety & Security

Lock all doors and windows when leaving and at night.
Do not flush anything besides toilet paper. No paper towels, wipes, tampons, or other items.
Use appliances and amenities responsibly.
 

20. Respect for the Property & Neighbors

Treat the home as you would your own. Respect the quiet nature of the neighborhood and maintain good relations with neighbors.
